Sound familiar?

The deal is usually lost before you arrive

Whether you're a freelancer hunting for clients, a business owner who needs to grow, or a salesperson carrying a target — the same three things cost you the business.

🔎
You don't know who to ring
Building a list eats hours, and most of it turns out to be the wrong size, the wrong trade, or long gone. Then you get through and find you've been talking to the person who can't say yes.
✏️
You stare at a blank page
Writing an approach that sounds like a person and not a template is genuinely hard. The generic ones get ignored. The good ones take twenty minutes each, and you've got forty to send.
🚪
You walk in and wing it
You got the meeting. Now you're in the car park with five minutes, a company you half-recognise, and no plan for how the next hour actually goes. That's not nerves. That's a lack of ammunition.
Who uses ClinchIQ

Built for anyone who sells

If your success depends on winning new clients or hitting a target, ClinchIQ is built for you.

💼
Freelancers & consultants
You are excellent at your craft, and winning the work is a second job you never trained for. ClinchIQ does the finding and the preparing, so the only part left is the bit where you talk to someone.
🏢
Small business owners
You wear every hat there is, and selling is the one that keeps slipping. ClinchIQ gives you a sales function without hiring one — the list, the contacts, the approach, and a plan for every meeting you walk into.
📈
Sales professionals
You already know how to sell. ClinchIQ removes the two hours of admin sat in front of every good conversation — the list, the contact, the research, the plan for the meeting — so you turn up sharp and spend the day in front of people instead of behind a screen.
How it works

From a blank list to sat in front of them

Set it up once. After that ClinchIQ carries you from finding the company all the way to knowing how you'll run the meeting when you get there.

🎯
Step 1
Tell ClinchIQ what you sell
Two minutes, once. What your business does, who it's for, and what a good customer looks like. This is what turns a fit score from a number into an opinion worth having — and it's what every script and every brief is written against from then on.
  • Describe your services and who they suit
  • Set your target trades, company sizes and regions
  • Done once, used everywhere after that
📇
Step 3
Get the name of the person who decides
A company number is not a lead. ClinchIQ goes and finds the actual contact — the directors, how long each has been in post, the phone number, the email and the website — and tells you plainly which bits are verified and which are its best guess.
  • Directors named, with years served — the thing you can open a conversation with
  • Phone, email and website found and checked, not scraped blind
  • Verified facts and educated guesses are labelled differently, always
✍️
Step 4
Write the approach
For each company, ClinchIQ writes the outreach around who they actually are and what they actually do — in whichever channel you're using.
  • Phone scripts, emails, LinkedIn messages, WhatsApp openers
  • Natural British English — no Americanisms, no corporate filler
  • Written for that company, not a template with the name swapped
📋
Step 5
Walk in prepared, not hopeful
You've got the meeting. One tap gives you the Pre-Meeting Brief: everything ClinchIQ knows about that company and the people in it, on one screen, readable in the car park in five minutes. Anything that would embarrass you if you didn't know it goes at the top.
  • Who you might meet, and how long they've been there
  • Overdue accounts, dormant filings, insolvency history — the things that change the meeting
  • An opener, an ice-breaker, and questions worth asking, written for that business
  • Guesses are labelled as guesses, so you never repeat one as a fact
🗂️
Step 6
Know how you're going to run it
The second tab of every brief. Twenty-five years of frontline UK selling, laid out as the eleven stages of a face-to-face meeting — and then written for the company you're actually walking into. Not a theory, not a framework with a name. The real thing, in order.
  • Rapport, setting the scene, the fact-find, the delivery, value, price, and the silence after it
  • What to say — in the language of their trade, not consultant-speak
  • Where to go next depending on what they answer, which is the part nobody teaches
  • How to read the person across the desk and change your manner to match
🎙️
Step 7
Practise it out loud first
Before it costs you anything, have the conversation with someone who pushes back. ClinchIQ plays the prospect — the gatekeeper, the owner, the one who's had four calls like yours this morning — and then tells you honestly how it went.
  • Live voice practice with realistic UK objections and gatekeepers
  • Easy, Medium and Difficult, so you can build up rather than get flattened
  • Scored and debriefed after every call, so you know the one thing to fix

Questions

Frequently asked

Anything else? Email help@clinchiq.com — we reply quickly.

How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. We ask for your card details upfront so there's no interruption when your trial ends — but you won't be charged during those 7 days. We'll send you a reminder email before your trial is up so you have plenty of notice to cancel if it's not for you.
What companies can I search?
ClinchIQ searches over 4 million UK companies registered with Companies House. You can search by industry — just type in a sector like "accountants," "dental practices," or "construction" — and filter by region and company size. All data comes directly from the official UK register, so it's always up to date.
Which plan is right for me?
Starter gives you 500 company searches and 100 outreach scripts a month, the contact details, the fit scoring, the Pre-Meeting Brief and 10 practice calls. That is a proper month's prospecting. Pro takes the caps off searches and scripts and gives you 40 practice calls with every persona and difficulty — the one to be on if you are selling every week. Closer adds the part that is hard to get anywhere else: the Prep Room, and how to run the meeting inside every brief — the eleven stages of a face-to-face meeting from twenty-five years of doing it, written for the company you are about to walk into. If your money is made in the room rather than on the phone, that is the one.
Can I choose the difficulty of Voice Roleplay?
Yes — Voice Roleplay has three difficulty settings. Easy is a receptive prospect who's open to hearing you out — great for building confidence. Medium adds common objections and some pushback. Difficult throws everything at you: gatekeepers, hard nos, and tricky questions. Start where you're comfortable and work your way up.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time — no phone call needed. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of your billing period. Cancel during your trial and you won't be charged at all.
Is my data secure?
Yes. ClinchIQ is GDPR-compliant. Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing help@clinchiq.com.
🗺 Shipped, and what's next

Two of these already landed

The last roadmap promised the Prep Room and the Pre-Meeting Brief. Both are live now. Here's the rest of it, and roughly when.

📋
Shipped
Pre-Meeting Brief
Live on every plan. One tap before you walk in and everything ClinchIQ knows about the company and the people in it is on one screen — directors and how long they've served, the filings, the warnings that change the meeting, and questions worth asking. Readable in the car park in five minutes.

The Prep Room & how to run the meeting
Live on Closer. The eleven stages of a face-to-face meeting from twenty-five years of doing it — greeting, rapport, setting the scene, the fact-find, the delivery, value before price, and the silence after the number. Written for the company you're actually visiting, not a generic checklist.
🤝
Next
Face-to-face meeting practice
Practice calls today are cold calls. Next is the meeting itself — sat across from someone who has already agreed to see you, working through the whole arc from rapport to price. Same voice technology, a completely different challenge, and the one most people are least rehearsed for.
🥊
Next
The objection drill
Not a whole call — just the hard bit, on repeat. Too expensive. We're happy with who we've got. Send me something in writing. Leave it with me. Ten in a row until the answer comes out of you without thinking about it, which is the only way it ever does on the day.
👥
After that
Four people to practise against
The gatekeeper, the owner, the one who runs operations, and the one who controls the money. Four different doors into the same small firm, each of whom wants something different from you. In a business of ten people two of them are often the same person — and that's exactly the realism.
🔔
After that
Reminders and reasons to call
Two things. ClinchIQ telling you when something has changed at a company worth ringing about — a new person appointed, a firm newly incorporated, a move to new premises. And ClinchIQ telling you who you said you'd chase and haven't. The pipeline stops being a filing cabinet and starts being an assistant.
📄
Later
Something to take in, and something to leave behind
A printable one-page script and checklist for the meeting itself, and a clean summary you can send afterwards while you're still fresh in their mind. Unbranded, so it goes out from you and looks like your work — because it is.
🎙️
Later
Tonality & reading the room
How you say it matters as much as what you say. Reading a room, adapting to the personality in front of you, and using tone on purpose — soft where it needs to be, firm where it counts. With real audio, because nobody ever learned tonality by reading about it.
Your price is locked for as long as you stay subscribed. Everything on this roadmap ships into the plan it belongs to, at no extra cost to you — and if the price rises for new members, yours doesn't move.
