These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClinchIQ ("the Service"), operated by Digital Product Enterprise, a sole trader business trading as ClinchIQ ("we", "us", "our"), with a principal trading address at 30 Springfield Road, St. Albans, AL4 0HJ.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
ClinchIQ is a B2B sales intelligence platform designed to help UK-based small businesses, freelancers, and sales professionals find leads, generate outreach scripts, and practise sales calls using AI-powered voice roleplay. The Service is intended for business use only.
You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for legitimate business purposes to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at help@clinchiq.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
After the trial, your chosen plan is billed on a monthly or annual basis:
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in the app.
Prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
If you are not satisfied with ClinchIQ within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at help@clinchiq.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to renewals.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate outreach scripts, sales analysis, and roleplay conversations. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for how you use content generated by the Service.
Lead and company information is sourced from Companies House, a public register maintained by His Majesty's Government. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data, which is provided as-is.
All content, software, and technology forming part of the Service is owned by or licensed to us. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.
Content you create using the Service (e.g. saved scripts, pipeline notes) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid us during that period.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
